About Civil Development Solutions
Civil Development Solutions (CDS) was established in Bowral in 2012 to provide civil engineering and project management services in the NSW Southern Highlands and surrounding areas. Richard Anderson established the company with Jason Cooper to provide engineering services tailored to their client’s needs.
When you deal with CDS you are dealing with the people who are directly responsible for your project, from the fine details of the design to the direct supervision of the site. The firm has been intentionally kept small to ensure you are working with experienced people who have a vested interest in making sure your project is successful.

Richard Anderson, Director
Chartered Civil Engineer
Director Richard Anderson has 27 years industry experience in civil engineering construction, project management and design.
Richard is a Chartered Civil Engineer and member of Engineers Australia. Richard has worked in varying roles in the delivery of infrastructure. Since 2004, he has been working in the Southern Highlands in project management and civil design. He has extensive knowledge of the requirements and approval pathways for land development in this area.
Jason Cooper
Civil Design and Drawing
Jason Cooper completes all of the civil design and drawing packages with CDS and has 30 years of experience in civil design.
Jason has worked extensively on the design of land development and civil infrastructure projects throughout his career. He has been working in the Southern Highlands since 2002.
