CDS were involved in the Darraby Estate project from development application through to completion, including the following scope:
- assist in negotiation of voluntary planning agreements with council for new sewer trunk main and drainage works
- subdivision layout plans
- supporting documentation for the development applications, including drainage concept plans and MUSIC modelling
- all civil design for roads, stormwater, sewer reticulation, water reticulation and bulk earthworks
- co-ordination of electrical designs and construction
- design and construction management of a 2.3km trunk sewer main to Moss Vale STP
- co-ordination of NBN and gas installations
- tender and contract administration of all works
- arrange all final subdivision plans, prepare draft 88b instruments
- arrange all council and authority approvals.
