CDS were involved in this project from the re-zoning stage through to completion, including the following scope:
- concept layout plans
- supporting documentation for the development applications including drainage concept plans and MUSIC modelling
- assist in negotiation of voluntary planning agreements with council
- all civil design for roads, stormwater, sewer reticulation, water reticulation and bulk earthworks
- co-ordination of electrical designs and construction including the diversion of HV transmission
- co-ordination of NBN and gas installations
- tender and contract administration of all works
- arrange all final subdivision plans, prepare draft 88b instruments,
- arrange all council and authority approvals.
